Shana Shterban is the Director of Customer Support at Coriell Life Sciences where she is dedicated to cultivating and managing long-term, trusting relationships with our valued customers. She focuses on effective customer engagement strategy and optimizing internal departmental interactions to foster a company-wide culture of Customer Success.

Along with her team, she strives to be the voice of the customer to ensure our services and products meet customer and business needs. As a leader in product knowledge, she is committed to achieving excellence in customer support to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Prior to this position, Shana worked at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research, a biomedical research institution dedicated to the study of the human genome. Shana began her career in their laboratories before moving over to the Customer Support department where she lead the product and scientific support team.

Shana earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rowan University.
