William Testa, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Coriell Life Sciences where he directs and oversees all aspects of the company’s corporate and operational finances in addition to legal and human resources. Working in partnership with the company leadership, Bill provides ongoing strategic planning and implementation by blending traditional finance skills with expertise in operational and growth demands.
With more than 30 years of experience in financial leadership, primarily in early-stage growth companies and start-ups, Bill manages the challenges of an expanding global pharmacogenomics organization by building a fundamentally sturdy and fiscally responsible platform.
Before working at Coriell Life Sciences, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer for Cloudnexa where he led finance, strategic planning, legal, human resources, and operations. He was a key member of the management team for the company when it was named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list in 2017 and 2018. Over his career, he has made an integral contribution to equity and debt fundraisings in excess of $300 million and was an instrumental team member of two initial public offerings on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Bill is a Certified Public Accountant; he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University.
